Darshan Hotel, Ooty

Overall, I had a decent stay at Hotel Darshan, as its location near Ooty Lake provided beautiful views. However, the dining experience was lacking, with limited options and disappointing food quality. The rooms were satisfactory but cleanliness was an issue that hindered my experience. There's potential for improvement, especially in dining options and bathroom hygiene.

Our experience at the hotel was quite mixed. The rooms were spacious and clean, offering a beautiful view of the lake, but the dining experience left a bit to be desired due to limited variety. The staff was attentive and hardworking, which contributed positively to our stay. However, improvements could be made in the restaurant layout and the noise from the wall fan in the room.

Darshan hotel offers an amazing lake view experience without breaking the bank. The ambiance is lovely, especially with the breakfast served by the portico and the cozy bonfire at night. However, parking could be better organized and the breakfast options didn't meet my expectations, especially compared to their excellent lunch and dinner offerings.
